Our stock rules are fairly simple and not too strict. Please follow them. Just as we like to give to others, we like to see others give back to us by showing what they do.

• You don't need to ask us before using our stock, either on DA or on other websites.
• Let us know when you use our stock - please send us a note if you use our stock and link us to where it is used.
• Please credit us! If you submit on DA, make sure you credit us in your comments about the image.
• You may use our stock outside of DA, but you still must provide credit, either on the image itself or on text on each page the image is shown. The exception to this rule is for website layouts. We only require credit on the main page of the website that people visit, in a readable manner.
• If for some reason you wish to use an image without crediting us, please ASK first. We might let you do it if you have a good reason, but only if you ask us first!
• If you wish to use our stock in a print, ask first and show us your work. We'll almost certainly say yes.
• Please don't use our stock images of people in anything sexually explicit.
